juicy threes did come stock on my bike, i still have them and they work great. the only problem that i have had is the lack of adjustment but mine are plenty strong and have lots of feel. a frend of mine has them too but his were spongy and wouldnt even lock up the rear tire. we cleand the rotors with break cleaner and now they work fine. hope this helps.

as far as im aware you cannot buy a leaf in canada as there is only a distributer in the uk but if you go on there website you could probably buy one direct. www.leafcycles.eu
